Oil Separation
How it Works?
Pact’s API separator utilizes gravity to separate oil from wastewater, taking advantage of the difference in specific gravity between them, the design ensures the separation of water and any oil droplet larger than 150 microns. The separation vessel is designed in such a way that Suspended solids settle at the bottom, oil rises to the top, and the water forms a middle layer. Skimmers remove the viscous solids from the bottom layer, while the water undergoes further treatment to eliminate residual oil and dissolved chemicals.
Superior Engineering
Pact’s API separators are engineered having efficiency and durability in mind, with the ability to integrate advanced features such as automated controls, enhanced filtration, and high-capacity designs to handle demanding industrial applications. The design can be fully customized to consistently excel in delivering solution that meet the specific demand of each client while maintaining keen attention to highest levels of environmental safety.
PACT® API Separators
PACT® API Separators offer optimized separation efficiency by leveraging Stokes' Law to maximize oil and suspended solids removal from wastewater. These separators ensure treated water meets regulatory standards. Constructed from high-grade materials, they are designed for harsh industrial environments, offering long-term reliability with minimal maintenance. Customizable configurations cater to specific industry needs, including oil refineries and petrochemical plants. Advanced design elements like adjustable weirs and sludge hoppers enhance performance. Seamlessly integrating into existing systems, PACT® API Separators support efficient upgrades and expansions.
